Return and Refund
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift sets, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely even your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you.
To start, you can contact us at hello@underyourmantle.com. Our hours are 8am - 5pm MST, Mon-Fri, excluding Holy Days of Obligation and holidays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
